A copy of our terms and conditions of booking will be sent to you as part of your booking, and can be downloaded here:

However, a few points to bear in mind:

  • The Cottage is a non-smoking property and we do not accept pets.
  • The Cottage dates from 1465 so some of the doorways are low and the stairs are quite narrow. With this in mind, the property may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility.
  • The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob; which is exceptionally safe (as it is not hot to the touch), but the manufacturer advises it is not used by people who have a pacemaker

  • Tea towels and tablecloth
  • Essentials such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.
  • Washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets
