Terms and conditions of booking

The full terms and conditions of booking can be downloaded below, however a few points:

• The Cottage is a non-smoking property
• We regret that pets are not allowed to stay at The Cottage
• The Cottage is available from 3.00pm on your arrival date
• The Cottage should be vacated by around 10.00am on your departure date 
• The Cottage dates from 1465, so some doorways are low and the stairs quite narrow. Therefore the property may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility.
• The kitchen has an induction hob; and the manufacturer advises it is not used by people with pacemakers.
