The Cottage at Fram is available for week (7 night), mid-week (4-night) and long-weekend (3-night) breaks. Week and long-weekend breaks commence Fridays; mid-week breaks commence Mondays.

Payment details
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. The full amount is payable for bookings that commence within 4 weeks.
Included in the price
The price is for the entire cottage and includes the following:
- all bed linen
- towels
- free wi-fi broadband (subject to a fair-usage limit)
- free off-peak telephone calls to UK land lines
- tea towels and tablecloth
- essentials such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, etc
- washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets
- a welcome pack of milk, croissants, cake
- at least £5 pre-loaded on the eletricity meter
- a basket of logs (for winter lets)

The only additional charge is for electricity on a "pay-as-you-go" key. This can be very easily topped up at the local supermarket (less than 1 minute away). Electricity is charged at the same rate as a standard domestic supply. During winter lets, you will need to buy extra logs for the wood-burning stove.
